General Sales Conditions Art.1 – Agreement The purchase agreement is concluded after the acceptance of the order by CONSUMER ELECTRO SERVICE BVBA. If CONSUMER ELECTRO SERVICE BVBA cannot execute the order (e.g. if a product is exhausted), they must notify the consumer as soon as possible. The purchaser can’t claim any form of compensation.
As long as the buyer’s total price of the ordered products aren’t paid, they remain the property of CONSUMER ELECTRO SERVICE BVBA. Art.3 – Delivery The delivery of the ordered products is shown in the catalogue by product. In no time limit is specified, the maximum is 14 days from acceptance of the order by CONSUMER ELECTRO SERVICE. Art.4 – Prices The offers and prices are valid for the period stated in our catalog or website. Prices include VAT. Art.5 – Payment CONSUMER ELECTRO SERVICE BVBA accepts the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. Payment may also be fulfilled by wire transfer to bank account number BE19 3200 3395 3912 / BIC BBRUBEBB before the delivery of the product.
The Belgian Act on commerce, information and consumer protection from July 14, 1991, allows the consumer to renounce his purchase within seven working days after delivery of the goods and after he has notified the seller. The products can be returned within this period. If the consumer decides to make us of his renunciation, CONSUMER ELECTRO SERVICE BVBA will pay back any price already paid within 15 working days. However, the consumer will pay the shipping costs to return the product. The consumer can return any products that isn’t ordered or delivered damaged within 2 working days. In this case, CONSUMER ELECTRO SERVICE will repay any transmission costs and prices already paid within 30 working days. Art.7 – Shipping Charges For shipping to all countries within the Benelux, a fee of € 12.18 VAT excluded (€ 14.74 VAT included) is charged. Art.8 – Address Complaints on the ordered products can be sent to: CES Benelux, Antwerpsesteenweg 491b, 2500 Lier. Even products that are returned under Art. 6 or 7 of these conditions may be sent to that address. Art.9 – Applicable law and jurisdiction The Belgian law is applicable to the contract. Only the court of Mechelen is competent to adjudicate disputes that might arise from the agreement. Art.10 – Removal of Stamp When removing the seal on the lamp, the guarantee will be refused. |
