CES Benelux provides constant quality in the field of service and products.

Everybody at CES Benelux believes that only original projector lamps can give you the best quality for value if you ever need a replacement lamp for your projector. To keep this level of quality as high as possible, we provide every box that leaves our warehouse with a quality label in the form of a blue seal. This label seals the box and is an indication that the box has never been opened during transport.

Why do we do this? Unfortunately we don't have any control on our goods during transportation because of the use of a third party (DHL). This is why we can't exclude any abuse of the projector lamps during transport. So, we decided to figure out a way to reduce possible abuse to an absolute minimum.

We've decided to use a specially developed blue label with "CES Quality Control" written on it. These labels have the rare characteristic that they will go blur whenever someone tries to remove the label from the box. In other words, the label becomes unusable and you, as a custumer, will notice that somebody has tried to damage or obtain the goods during transportation. Whenever this occurs, please contact us as quick as possible, so that we can take the necessary steps to provide you with a solution.
